This song was created by Ressurrector (who also made the sampled beat) and many of his online friends as our way of paying homage to one of the greatest gaming franchises in history. A game and franchise that have by now became household names worldwide and something that inspires many people to this day whenever they are creating various media.

This is not some kind of a scheme to sell tracks on itunes. We are NOT selling anything. Therefor we are not breaking any laws here.

What do we all want? Acknowledgment....Appreciation. We want the world to see that we are all talented and mostly slept on rappers and we would very much like for the other MK fans out there in the world to also enjoy this song and appreciate it for the epic work of art it is. This song took SEVERAL months to make. This single song contains MORE work than the amount of work that would normally be required to make a WHOLE ALBUM! Any musician dreams of becoming a rock star. Especially when they first get started. But at the end of the day your just another face on the internet. One in a million. Some of us on this track have had more success then others on this same track but we all strive for success. Music is what many of us do as hobbies....careers....or other. But many of us have gotten use to small pond internet and local musical lives. But I am sure anyone on this track would enjoy having more listeners or fans out there. But remember....at the end of the day? We were all Mortal Kombat fans long before we had any desire to be "rappers". The kids pumping quarters into the MK arcade machines and buying the cartridges on various video game systems. So enough talk about musical politics. Lets get to the song!

Here is some facts about Mortal Kombat in general.

"Mortal Kombat, commonly abbreviated MK, is a science fantasy series of fighting games created by Ed Boon and John Tobias. The first four renditions and their updates were developed by Midway Games and initially released on arcade machines. The arcade titles were later picked up by Acclaim Entertainment for the home console conversions. Beginning with Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance, Midway Games exclusively created home versions of Mortal Kombat up until Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe. Following Midway's bankruptcy, the franchise was picked up by Warner Bros. in July 2009 and became a part of the Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment Branch.[1]

The series began originally as a game based on the popular actor martial artist Jean-Claude Van Damme. The idea fell through and Mortal Kombat was born instead. As a result of its success, Mortal Kombat has spawned many sequels and has been spun off into several adventure games, films (animated and live-action with its own sequel), and television series (animated and live-action). Other spin-offs include various comic book series, a card game and a live-action tour."
